    Exceptional

The hostel was a wonderful place to stay in a great location in the old Arabic area of the city just beneath the Alhambra Palace. We had our 9 and 13 year old boys and stayed in a four bedded room with bathroom. We had bunk beds but I believe other rooms didn't have bunk beds which would have been better. The staff were excellent and very helpful - they do guided walking tours from the hostel. Buy a bus pass from the bus driver and top it up for cheaper travel.

    Very good

I would recommend it without doubt, one of the best hostels i've been to, whether you're in a group or you travel in a couple. If you are on a romantic trip, ask for room 41 with a view on the Alhambra. It's still a youth hostel, but you have privacy and a beautiful view! The other rooms don't have a view, though, but the hostel is right beside the Paseo de los Tristes, with lovely views from the street.

No elevator, but that wasn't much of a problem for us. I suppose it could be for other people.

The staff at White Nest Hostel was absolutely fantastic, helpful & extremely friendly. We very much enjoyed the Tapas Tour that was offered as well as the Sacromonte Tour. The room was incredibly clean (I think I've never seen a cleaner place), the beds were comfortable, we had lockers in our room, the bathroom was huge with two (!!) showers, the room had two balconies, there was floor heating. The breakfast was basic but good.

    We loved White Nest Hostel!

    Exceptional

White Nest Hostel has the ideal location for visiting Granada, as it is situated directly under its main historical sight Alhambra. Also, you have an easy access to the nearest shopping streets and lots of little restaurants serving tasty tapas :) The hostel has a really friendly and helpful staff members, as well as an 24 hours reception. The rooms are spacious and clean, including a big kitchen and common room. When returning to Granada again, this is the hostel I will definitely book! Also, they have their hostels in Valencia and Barcelona :)

    Fabulous

I liked the interier design, Location. It was awesome to see the Palace from the top floor. Good accomodation with reasonable price! Breakfast was made by reception staff as very homely, warmly and neatly like my mom's which was very nice.

Some young people next to our room made big noise ( They were playing at the corridar and looks very young between 10~15. they were not controlled at all. It was the only one I didn't like in the hostel.

    Fabulous

It is located in the Albayzín, and some rooms have a fantastic view to the Alhambra. Hotel staff provided us with useful information about touristic attractions and directions to them.

The room is so cute with some stars on the wall. It's clean and very comfortable. Good location and convenient to find nice restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We need to walk for 5min under the rain with the heavy luggague as the taxi cannot access to there during some of the period.

    Fabulous

The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent. The rooms were very nice. It was my first stay in any hostel. In hostels, I will rank this hostel as excellent.

The debit card didn't work as the staff were not aware of how to use the debit card. However, the stay was pleasant.

    Fabulous

Very clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff - willing to help, excellent location, reasonable price

Hard to locate - need to provide better directions on how to get to the hostel from Plaza Nueva

    Very good

Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Also, the hostel was new, well decorated and clean in general.

Facilities were rather poor, that it, in the double room with bathroom there was no tv, no hairdryer and no bath rug or face/hand towel. The toilet paper provided was of the worst quality possible. The main entrance door for the room that would give access to the toilet and the bedroom could not be locked, which mean anyone could try to come in and use the toilet (the door for the bedroom was the only one that could be locked). So, we had to move things from the toilet to the bedroom when we're going out. The bathroom and the room smelled, specially the bathroom.

Lovely environment and nice quiet location. Beds were comfy enough. Bathrooms large. Common areas nicely decorated. Clean, very clean. Got a good nights sleep each night due to the area. Blonde staff member very helpful, sorry I didn't get her name.

Unfortunately there are almost as many cleaning staff as residents, it felt at times more! With smallish communal areas their constant spraying, wiping and gathering and gossiping in the communal kitchen was quite Irritating as little peace and quiet. Pedal bins that I used were broken in bathroom. Although bathroom facilities nice difficult to get a bathroom at peak time as unfortunately our bathroom (supposed to be one between 2 rooms) was used by the giant dormitory next door... My advice make sure you get an ensuite if you dot want to be trekking into the toilet by the kitchen.

    Fabulous

The hostel is in a lovely building with clean, comfortable beds and seating and good facilities all round.

We booked three beds in a dorm together and were told upon arrival that we could not be in the same room. I had previously e-mailed the e-mail address on their website to ensure we would all have a room together and they claimed not to have received the e-mail.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and approachable to.

The noise. The rooms all back on to a common area - people talking (loudly) and playing the guitar (very badly!) until well after midnight. I thought hostels were meant to have noise curfews! Also, I think this is quite an expensive hostel and we stayed at much better value places while in Granada and Andalusia.
